Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• For COD orders, refunds will be sent via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa.
• For prepaid orders, refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos or a video.
• We will replace the item or provide a full refund at no extra cost.
